We’ve made a tradition of freeze-drying fruit as a family. The organic fruit you ate (or are about to) took anywhere from 48 hours to 72 hours to prepare and was made with a whole lot of love. We'll bet you can even taste it! Once properly sealed, these little slices can last up to 25 years. However they do hydrate fairly quickly and lose the crunch when the bag is opened. So be sure to enjoy the entire bag in one sitting or share with a friend. 

The fruit is more than a snack. We give them as gifts—to friends, loved ones, or even someone we just met on the road—because we believe food can carry a message. It's a way of showing kindness and our appreciation for you.
